1. All Sales Are Final

All dresses purchased from Meadow & Lace Bridal are sold as seen and are non-refundable or exchangeable. We encourage all clients to inspect their chosen dress carefully before completing their purchase.

Condition of Pre-Loved Dresses

While every effort is made to ensure our pre-loved dresses are presented in excellent condition, they may show minor signs of wear due to their pre-owned nature. Any noticeable imperfections will be highlighted where possible. It remains the client's responsibility to thoroughly inspect the dress before purchase.

2. Alterations

Alterations are the responsibility of the client and are not included in the purchase price, Meadow & Lace Bridal are not liable for any alterations, they are a separately run business. We offer an in-house alterations service, with a recommended  seamstress for dresses purchased from Meadow & Lace Bridal at an additional cost. A one-off consultation fee of £25 applies. Please contact us to arrange an alterations appointment.

3. Deposits & Payments

All deposits are non-refundable. Any outstanding balance must be paid within 7 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay the balance within the agreed timeframe may result in the cancellation of the purchase and the loss of any deposit paid.

4.Appointment Etiquette

To help protect our dresses and maintain a pleasant experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you:

Arrive in a clean and hygienic condition.

Do not wear self-tanning products to your appointment.

Wear clean underwear when trying on dresses.

Avoid wearing heavy makeup, lipstick or fake tan where possible, as these can transfer onto gowns.

5. Appointment Fee
A non-refundable appointment fee is required to secure your bridal consultation. This fee will be deducted from the purchase price of any dress purchased during or following your appointment (Excluding sale items).
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment, or missed without notice will result in the loss of the appointment fee.

6.Liability

Once a dress has been collected or taken from the boutique, Meadow & Lace Bridal accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or alterations made to the dress.

7.Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a dress or attending an appointment at Meadow & Lace Bridal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
